Hello Chrysalis Bleu Friends,

It is time for the holiday season. I am very excited about this time, because I have created some beautiful collections for you to see! I am in fact continuing to create great new designs everyday, and would love to show you those as well. As you know, I custom design and help guide you to particular semi-precious stones that connect to who you are and what you believe in. I also create jewelry for children and friends. At any time, if you would like to see a portfolio in person, please feel free to ask. Jewelry parties and trunk shows are also a great idea for fun and gifts.

“Day Anew”

“Day Anew”

There are so many things to do.  Once I find a project to focus on, levels and layers of smaller projects reveal themselves.  Ugh! It seems like so much. And yet, I am really enjoying the discovery.

For instance, today I decided to put my energy towards creating some jewelry.  So I began and within  30 minutes I found a receipt.  Of course I needed to put this receipt away as I led into another project of organizing the pile of receipts I found at my destination.  And they were on some random books about juicing.  I took a short read then began to organize my bookshelf, which brought me to a book about jewelry technique.  As of course, the next thing was to carry the book back to my jewelry table and start creating again.

This is my artists mind, led by inspiration.

“Golden Coins”

There are lessons each day that come through our intuition. Confirmations of who we are, what we do and why the steps in our lives are fulfilling.  I have found that lately I have arrived on a new conscious level.  One where when I question a reality and dually trust my answer, hear myself clearly, and step forward with ease.  This feels good as it reflects and honors ones own judgement.  Conceptually it is a translation of spiritual intuition into your choice material of voice.

What if you sat and wrote a song or poem and never wrote before.  Perhaps you might feel intimidated and maybe even stuck as the words did not write.  But the opposite experience would be to trust your feelings, connect with them, and allow the words to appear.  Even if they made no immediate sense, you might find at the end of the sentence, it made sense all along.  This is beauty of art.  Allowing yourself to trust your process of expression.  Because in truth, all is, as it is, in perfect sense.

“Is There A Jewelry Angel?”

Out there, somewhere I am sure there is a jewelry angel.  I know shes around because she is always helping me see all the beauty I so adore and want.  Oh, jewelry angel, thank you for your great guidance to beautiful wears.

I find myself thanking the universe each day for such gifts in my life.  I feel that with all the tragedy and sadness in the world a little sparkle brightens up my day. Filling my days with color and creativity brings great joy to my life.  It is this creativity which keeps me growing in my mind, heart and spirit.

Creativity is a far greater, proactive, health conscious process that goes into the depth of each of our emotional being.  It keeps us connected to who we are and enables us to express ourselves to others on many levels.  For this is a path to great clarity and understanding within each our beings.  Our creations step out into the world for others to connect to and feel apart of a greater world.

For in history, art has reflected great society and culture just through its art, jewelry and writings.  In this day and age, we find that as individuals we have this freedom to truly be who we are through what we wear and how we surround our lives.  So I invite you to join me in this consciousness and remember when you wear something you find beautiful, it is that beauty that reflects in you.

“Turquoise, Jade & Pearls”

There is something so charming about a pearl.  It has a simplistic beauty that resonates the classic feminine side of a woman.  When I bring pearls into my design, the visual of the other stones step to another level.

Turquoise is a more earthier stone.  It is visually stunning in radiant blues and greens, depending of its origin.  This stone is one of great creativity and honesty.  Its grain and surface cracks brings its own unique character and charm.

Jade is a more translucent semi-precious stone.  It is soft and gentle both to the eye and on the skin.  Jade is of balance and prosperity.  When I bring all of these three stones together, a new voice speaks through the necklace.  One of great presence, elegance and truth. This is a reflection of what we all are and have within us.

As an artist, my jewelry is more then just a pretty accessory.  It is about each one of us and how we chose to express who we are to the world.

Back to some beautiful new designs. Inspired by colors and shapes, I have designed some Mala beaded necklaces. Looking forward to sharing my ideas.

Thoughts…

Today I am beginning my day in the p.m.  But really, I don’t see why that can’t be the beginning of a day just the same. Truly, I am not short of tasks.  And my creative mind wants to just create. Do you know what I mean?

This is where I chose.  Do I continue to scramble through the thousands of great ideas I have to accomplish my goals or do I just focus on one?  Of course, my optimum choice is to just focus on one.  Which one?  I have a huge umbrella of choices.  Today I feel like painting, but also I have great new pendant images I must design.  There is another thing I want to do, it is to make some necklaces and then get connected with all new friends I have met.  Oh so much!

Most of all, I have a vision.  And when I see this vision in large.  It blurs all smaller, more instant desires.  I see a great life for myself; happy, successful and full of love.  I have already begun this journey.  Each day I feel fulfilled by my career choice, my friends, and love I have in my life.  I am grateful for my ability to create and chose all that I am and all that I have.  In these instances, I have already arrived.  So when I begin my day, in afternoon, I am already ahead of the game.

For reasons I already know, I see now, that the small tasks are just a minor journey along the way, to just enjoy and trust, life has arrived.

A start of a new day…

My morning is generally about starting a fresh day with a present mind.  Shortly after I awake, I start to feel inspired.  Inspired by what I can create on this day.  As I start to move, I find myself really connecting to what I am doing at hand, being present in every moment.  This is the purpose of meditation.  Bringing your mind and heart together.  Allowing your thoughts to flow in and out easily and let go.  As this practice processes, intuition and creative expansion and awareness.  Art follows this same concept.  Whether emotional or physical in my action, being present dictates how pure and authentic my creation is.  Connecting to inner source from the heart, is what integrates the minds thoughts and concepts to create a new work.  Meditation brings you right to the source. The same source of creativity.  When the mind is calm and heart open, my most purest nature appears and dictates through technique and material, what I am feeling.  Colors, stones, shapes, textures all come together in a final piece, complete in all its substance and charm.

Making jewelry is one way I express myself.  And I am grateful that the practice of meditation brought the essence of me to design a necklace holding the space of who I am. For this experience I am grateful.  I hope you can share this experience with me.
